As you may know, Pennsylvania law prohibits the use of radar by local police officers. As a consequence, officers often rely on ENRADD technology to measure motorists' speed, in support of the speeding tickets they issue.
What you may not know is that ENRADD technology is itself vulnerable to challenges based on its accuracy.
Earle Drack is a Pennsylvania engineer and engineering manager who has studied the ENRADD methodology, and in the interest of Pennsylvania residents and visitors, he testified to the State Transportation Committee on August 17th, as to the problems inherent in ENRADD technology.
You can find a CapitolWire story, with an extensive summary of the ENRADD issues Mr. Drack has exposed,

The National Motorists Association encourages Pennsylvania motorists with ENRADD tickets to learn more about the defects of this technology, and challenge their speeding tickets accordingly.
